Three Tips for Glowing Skin!



“I want dull, unhealthy looking skin!”, said no one ever! Glowing skin is always the goal as it promotes a youthful, healthy appearance and just makes you feel better about yourself. We want our skin to be hydrated, protected and in the best shape possible.

Here are three small tweaks you can make to help boost your skin's health.



Vitamin C

Ensuring this to your routine has soo many benefits! Vitamin C protects your skin from free radicals (pesky toxins you come into contact with every day, like smoke, pollution etc.), helps lighten dark spots and evens out skin tone. An easy way to always have this in your day time routine is to use a face cream or serum that is formulated with it. Note that products that contain vitamin c should always be packaged in opaque containers so as to not compromise the potency of it.



Make The Most Of Masking

Face masks are often seen as something to do once a week, but bumping that up to no less than three times per week can go a long way to not only soothe but also hydrate the skin. Try using masks formulated with rose water, for soothing and hyaluronic acid to help draw moisture deep into the skin. You will be glowing in no time!


Eat Your Water

Yes, that's what we said! Eat fruits and veggies with high water content to help with your daily water intake. This will help to hydrate your cells, and you will see a marked difference in your skin. Fruits and vegetables with a high water content are melons, oranges, cucumbers, celery, strawberries, lettuce, zucchini and more! Your body will thank you.
