All round intentional self-care is our focus and heading into the heat summertime we thought it would be great to share our 3 favorite smoothies that we just can stop drinking! These frosted delights are a great way to nutritiously beat the heat, and curb dessert cravings at the same time!

Detox Smoothie

Blend together:

Frozen pineapple, ginger, cucumber and a squeeze of fresh lemon juice.

Best used first thing in the morning to clear your digestive track and get it prepped for the day. It is tart and serves as a great wake up refresher.

Berry Smoothie

Blend together:

Your favorite frozen berry mix, frozen banana, almond milk, oats, a scoop of protein powder and honey to sweeten if desired.

This is a favorite for a breakfast smoothie.

Chocolate Peanut Protein Smoothie

Blend together:

A frozen banana, peanut butter, almond milk, oats, cocoa powder, honey to sweeten if desired.

This one is decadent and we love it when a chocolate craving hits.
