Weekday Unwind




After juggling everything in your world to keep it afloat, we are totally aware there simply are not enough hours in each day. In the name of intentional self-care, we are all about putting things into place that our future selves would thank us for! Here are some suggestions for unwinding in no time after a busy day.


Take advantage of the everyday things you have in your home. Most people have baking soda, Epsom Salts, or both in their pantry! Fill up a basin with some warm water and add a cup of salts, and a couple of drops of peppermint oil. Soak your feet for 10 minutes, while listening to music that relaxes you.


If you have to make dinner, keep that relaxing music going as you throw down in the kitchen.

Have a nice long shower and add some relaxing aromatherapy to the mix. You may choose scented candles or a diffuser with scents like lavender, which are proven to promote calmness.


Invest in what we like to call skincare treats, like calming sheet masks for your face and under your eyes. These babies work on their own, simply place and drift off. You can put them on while you're in bed. We usually fall asleep then remove them at some point during the night.
